NOTES for AEC & Coaching Staff:
- These are ASA master lists, and all AEC members and coaches should use these lists. Separate lists of any kind should not be produced, as it is very important this information be maintained as current, uniform, and equally accessible to all AEC and coaching staff.
- The colored-bar lists to the left are edit-ready versions primarily for the Membership Coordinator or other AEC-designated person to keep current. Information on new members should be added as quickly as possible once registration paperwork is received. The ER Information Sheet, especially, must be kept current at all times!
- Other AEC members - if you edit one of the lists (and please do so if you have knowledge of updates needed!), also be sure to click the "Save" button when you are done making changes.
- For instructions on how to make changes to any of the lists (such as adding or deleting swimmers, changing information, etc.), click HERE.
- To PRINT a list (such as to place in the Coach Log or ER binder), just click on the printer icon found at the top left-hand area of the page. This will open the document into a printable page. Then click the printer icon again at the top of that page, and you'll be able to set the number of copies, etc. that you want to print.
