The following fees are associated with ASA Aquadogs membership:
- USA Swimming Fee - ASA is part of the Missouri Valley Swimming division of USA Swimming. All ASA swimmers are required to be members of USA Swimming, which currently charges a $50 annual fee. (This check should be made out to "Missouri Valley Swimming".)
- Pool Admittance Fees - All swimmers must also have a current swim pass for the Kirksville Aquatic Center. There are various options for either families or individuals. Aquadog members also have the option of paying Aquatic Center fees in installments (monthly for a 3-month pass; quarterly for a 1-year pass). This option is especially recommended for swimmers new to the team, and who are still determining their interest level. Current pool pass prices and associated information can be found on the Kirksville Aquatic Center website, or by contacting Heather Darrah or Robin Loft with the Aquatic Center at 627-7665.
- Monthly ASA Fees - Fees vary based on the ASA Practice Group Structure, and currently are:
- $40/month for Prep Group
- $45/month for White Group
- $45/month for Red Group
- $45/month for Blue Group
- Family/Multiple Swimmer Discount: $5/month discount for each additional swimmer! (Example: John & Jane Smith have 5 children who swim, one Red swimmer, 2 White swimmers, and 2 Prep swimmers. How much do the Smiths pay each month? $45+$40+$40+$35+$35 = $195.)
- New Swimmers: Swimmers interested in joining the team may enjoy an initial 2-week trial period free of charge. Swimmers may join the team at any time throughout the year, and fees are prorated accordingly. (Please note, this free trial period may only be used by swimmers who have not been on the team within the previous 2 years.)
- Summer Option: $15/week, for swimmers swimming less than a full month (offered during June, July, and August only).
- Guest USA TEAM Swimmer Option: $45 per month (for any number of days or weeks), or $15 for one week per month, or $5 for one day per month. (Please see below for more details.)
- FREE: Parents (with KAC pool pass) may water-walk or lap swim during ANY practice where additional pool space is available, Monday - Friday, and on any Saturdays the KAC is not holding swim lessons.
- Fees are paid monthly, and swim families may choose which months to swim based on personal schedules. There is also usually a weekly fee option offered during the summer months.
- All fees are due the first week of each month (and considered "late" after the 10th of the month, in which case additional fees may be assessed). Attendance is taken at all practices.
- Please note the purpose of your payment in the memo section of your check, (ie. " June dues", "West swim meet", " Aquadogs T-shirt", etc.)
- ALL checks should be made payable to "Adair Swim Association" (ASA), and can be given or mailed to:

GUEST USA SWIMMERS: If you are a current member in good standing with another USA Swimming club, you are welcome to swim with our team as a guest swimmer when practices are held at the Kirksville Aquatic Center (admission charges apply). Fees must be submitted to our treasurer (above) prior to attending any practices. The guest rates are applied as follows: one day in a week is $5, more than one day in a week is $15, any number of days in more than one week in a month is $45, and any number of days in more than one month in a year is $45 for each of those months. (Example: Bob is visiting Kirksville and wants to stay in condition for his USA swim team back home. He will swim two days this week, and one day next week. Bob pays $45.)
