If you are not currently receiving monthly Aquadogs newsletters via email, please contact board@asaaquadogs.com to be added to our mailing list.  Following is a copy of the March 6th newsletter, from ASA Aquadogs President Melissa Chapman:

Greetings swimming families!

Here are some swim dates to add to your calendar:
There will be no practice the week of spring break.
March 23: Natatorium practice at 1:30
April 6: Natatorium practice at 1:30
April 20: ASA Intrasquad Mock Meet - 1:00 at Natatorium
May 6: Parent meeting 6:30 at Aquatic Center shelter
May 28:  Summer swim season begins

It is always a good idea to review the Truman Natatorium Protocol with your swimmer in order for our organization to maintain a positive, respectful relationship with Truman.  That info can be found here http://www.asaaquadogs.com/Home/pools/truman-natatorium-protocol.

All parents and swimmers are invited to the parent meeting on May 6 at 6:30pm at the Aquatic Center shelter.  Swimmers can go to practice at 6:45.   At this meeting we will vote on new board members and we plan to have new swim levels ready to hand out to current swimmers.

As a reminder, the coaches are not able to leave until all swimmers are picked up from practice.  It is an extra expense to our organization and an inconvenience for coaches to have to stay after practice hours with swimmers.  Unfortunately, this has been an issue lately.  Please do your best to pick your child(ren) up from practice on time.

If you have not checked out the ASA Aquadogs website lately, here is the link: www.ASAaquadogs.com
The website is full of important Aquadogs information including schedules, policies, and recently updated pictures of our fabulous swimmers!

Lastly, thanks again to parents who have volunteered to be on the board.  We have one position still available, Fundraising and PR.  If you would be interested in taking on this role, please send me an email or talk with a member of the board.  If you are uncertain of the time committment involved, board meetings are held only once a month and usually last about an hour.

I hope you stay warm and enjoy your spring break!
